CR Operating Company is a full-service real estate management company headquartered in Agoura Hills, California. At present, CR Operating Company manages over half a million square feet of commercial office space and over 1500 residential units.

Established in 1993, CR Operating Company has over 15 years of management experience and prides itself on its qualified and professional staff whose work ethic and dedication have produced proven results. We understand the uniqueness of each of our properties and believe different properties require different approaches to management. Our team is flexible and innovative and always strives to satisfy the needs of our diverse tenants.

Our Team is comprised of our Executive Operations, Accounting, Construction, Legal and Human Resource Departments in addition to our On-Site Managerial and Maintenance Staff.
